Construction of foundations should be started from South - West corner
and then proceed towards N-W and S-E corners, after this construction should
proceed towards North - East corner as shown in figure - 1.
The above procedure takes care that the constucted building in S-W corner
is always higher than both N-W and S-E corners, these in turn are always
higher than the N-E corner.
