1. Excavation of foundations should be started from North - East corner and then proceed towards N-W and S-E corners. after this excavation shold proceed towards South - West corner as shown in figure - 1.
2. The above procedure takes care that the ground in S-W corner is always higher than both N-W and S-E corners, these in turn are always higher than the N-E corner.
