  1. It is preffered to have the balconies on the North face of the buiding as shown in Figure - 1.
  2. Second prefernce as shown in Figure - 2 is to keep the Balconies on the East face.
  3. We can keep Balconies on the south - west corner but we should keep them filled with planters.
